I also noticed this from the post... Japanese uses many homophones, so it relies on kanji for differentiation. Without understanding the word segmentation, it becomes even more challenging. Even for native Japanese speakers, decoding Japanese DigiCode can be quite laborious, so decoding it without knowing Japanese would be extremely difficult.

日本語は同音異義語が多いので漢字で差別化してますし、文節が分からないとさらに難解に成ります。日本人でもデジ文字を読み解くのは手間なので、日本語が分からない状態で日本語デジ文字を読み解くのは至難の業でしょうね。
