Overall, its impossible to make a good Digimon tierlist due to the everchanging roster of mons that get more and more op with time.

The Perfect of Gammamon can already shot a beam of light that traverses Dimensions, a literal perfect, its ludicrous and power levels shouldn't be taken seriously.

(That also goes for the Omegamon shills out there who get angry when you tell them Omega is shit tier XD)

DeathXmon has conceptual manipulation, but the only things they can do is basically corrupt the entire matrix of the multiple Digital Universes do to it being a paradox that shouldn't really exists, its just the personification of Dorumon's desire for death to all life.
Jesmon GX can literally say "No" to everything it tries to do and then DeathXmon ceases existing XD.

And to surprise of anyone, yes, Zeed is low tier overall, despite what the fandom believes (they still didn't deserve what happened in Adventure 2020 but everyone should disregard that mess of plotholes that contradicts the fact that Zeed, being the big bad evil of the adventure verse, is just the guard dog of the objectively worse Apocalymon ripoff, Negamon, which is a Digimon that literally kills itself to attain its goal, unlike Zeed who just goes to another universe alive and happy XD).

It still has a lot of stuff missing from it due to the fact that theres many stuff that prove certain placements to be true, so this is my incomplete tier.

(To be honest, its ludicrous that we are still having more stronger Digimon in the franchise instead of understanding that we need to stop doing that).
P.S: Used Gankoomon and Jesmon to represent Jesmon GX, and Ogudomon is Ogudomon X.

Jesmon GX is by far the strongest Digimon in the franchise do to it literally being capable of using deus ex machinas in its favor, making the impossible, possible for them, just because they wanted it to go that way, thats basically concept manipulation that goes far beyond the things that even DeathXmon can't do anything about it, basically think of it as Jesmon GX being the Digimon writer adn whatever they want to happen, it happens.

But overall, I'm surprised you even grabbed things like RedVdramon and other super obscure stuff, kudos for the effort.
